How the 19 sheets with 1 1/3″ × 4″ labels differ
1 1/3″ × 4″ labels measure 4″ (101.6 mm) wide and 1 1/3″ (33.9 mm) tall as placed on the 5162 sheet. The 19 sheets come from 5 brands (Avery, OnlineLabels, SheetLabels, Worldlabel and Meritline) on US Letter paper. Sheets that share a layout are interchangeable: the same PDF prints on all of them, even when their corners are cut differently.
The 2 layouts differ in where the labels sit on the page, and in the top margin, which ranges from 5/6″ to 0.88″. A template made for one layout prints out of line on another, so match the code on your box, not only the label size.
By layout: Avery 5162 and 17 twins: 14 per sheet (2 × 7), margins 5/6″ / 0.156″, gaps 3/16″ across, none down; OnlineLabels OL100: 14 per sheet (2 × 7), margins 0.88″ / 0.153″, gaps 0.195″ across, none down.
All 19 sheets have rounded corners. At 10 pt a 1 1/3″ × 4″ label holds about 7 lines of 55 characters, an estimate for Helvetica inside the safe margin.

Margins are top / side; “= code” means the same layout as that sheet, so one template fits both.
