Contact LabelGrid
Questions about a sheet that prints out of line, a code that is missing, or what Pro includes? No contact address is published yet. This page lists what to include in a message so it can be answered quickly once the address appears here, and how corrections and refunds are handled.
LabelGrid has not published a contact e-mail address yet. As soon as one is set up it will appear here, at the top of this page. Until then, everything on the site works without an account, nothing asks for payment details, and reserving the Pro founder price takes no payment.
A sheet prints out of line
If a sheet prints out of line, send the sheet code from the pack, the page address and what you measured: the label size, the top margin (from the top edge of the paper to the top edge of the first label) and the side margin. Confirmed errors are fixed in the underlying data, which corrects the template, the blank PDF and every page that uses that sheet at once.
If labels drift, check the print dialog first: scaling must be 100% ("Actual size"), and A4 sheets need A4 selected as the paper size. Then print the alignment test on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet in front of a light.
A sheet code is missing
Tell us the brand and the code printed on the pack, the label size, the number of labels per sheet and the paper size (US Letter or A4). Many store-brand sheets copy a common layout, so the label maker may already have a matching template under another code: compare your measurements with a few similar sheets in its picker first.
Pro, the founder price and refunds
Pro is an optional upgrade ($19 one-time). While it is not on sale yet, the "Get Pro" button only reserves the founder price with your e-mail address and takes no payment. Once Pro is on sale, purchases are handled by Stripe. Pro is stored in the browser you bought it in, because the site has no accounts; if you switch devices or clear your browser's site data, write to us with your receipt. The pricing page lists what Pro includes and the refund promise.
Requests
Missing a feature, a label style or a guide for your word processor? Once the address is published, suggestions are welcome, and the most requested ones are built first. Please do not send address lists or other personal data: the label maker never needs them on a server, and we do not need them to answer your question.
