The best sheet for sticker labels
Custom stickers printed on blank label sheets: logos, packaging seals, planner stickers and fun designs. OnlineLabels OL5375 puts 20 labels on one US Letter sheet in 4 columns and 5 rows, which is why it is the default for sticker labels here.
Each label is 2″ (50.8 mm) wide and 2″ (50.8 mm) tall (round), with a 3/8″ (9.5 mm) top margin and a 0.156″ (4 mm) side margin on the sheet. The longest line of the preset, “for shopping small”, has 18 characters; at 10 pt one label holds about 7 lines of 18 characters, at 8 pt about 9 lines of 23.
Compared with OL5375: OnlineLabels OL3016 has the same label area and 12 instead of 20 labels per sheet, Avery 5294 has 1.6× the label area and 12 instead of 20 labels per sheet and Avery 8165 has 23.4× the label area and 1 instead of 20 labels per sheet. Pick the larger labels when your stickers need bigger type, the smaller ones when you print many.

Tips for printing sticker labels
- Pre-cut shapes (rounds, squares) give clean edges without scissors.
- A full-sheet label lets you print any shape and cut it out by hand.
- Glossy sticker paper makes colours pop, but check your printer supports it.
- Leave a little margin inside the shape: die-cuts can be off by a fraction of a millimetre.

What size are sticker labels?
LabelGrid's default for sticker labels is 2″ round (OnlineLabels OL5375, 20 per sheet). Other sheets that fit: OnlineLabels OL3016 at 2″ × 2″, Avery 5294 at 2 1/2″ round and Avery 8165 at 8 1/2″ × 11″.
How many sticker labels fit on one sheet?
20 on OnlineLabels OL5375, 12 on OnlineLabels OL3016, 12 on Avery 5294 and 1 on Avery 8165. For 200 stickers at 1 label each you need 10 sheets of OnlineLabels OL5375.
Can every label on the sheet be different?
Yes. The preset repeats one design on every label, which suits sticker labels. For different text on each label, switch to merge mode and paste one row per label; the free version prints one full sheet per list.
Why do my sticker labels print out of line?
Check the print dialog first: “fit to page” or any scale other than 100 % shrinks the sheet, and the labels drift. Choose “Actual size” or 100 % scale, the right paper (US Letter) and no “fit to page”. If every label is off by the same amount, use the printer offset in the designer to nudge the whole sheet.
