The best sheet for round sticker labels
Round labels for seals, jar lids, favours and price dots, from 3/4″ dots to 2 1/2″ circles. OnlineLabels OL5375 puts 20 labels on one US Letter sheet in 4 columns and 5 rows, which is why it is the default for round sticker labels here.
Each label is 2″ (50.8 mm) wide and 2″ (50.8 mm) tall (round), with a 3/8″ (9.5 mm) top margin and a 0.156″ (4 mm) side margin on the sheet. The longest line of the preset, “Thank you!”, has 10 characters; at 10 pt one label holds about 7 lines of 18 characters, at 8 pt about 9 lines of 23.
Compared with OL5375: Avery 5294 has 1.6× the label area and 12 instead of 20 labels per sheet, Avery 5293 has 66 % of the label area and 24 instead of 20 labels per sheet and OnlineLabels OL1025 has 25 % of the label area and 63 instead of 20 labels per sheet. Pick the larger labels when your stickers need bigger type, the smaller ones when you print many.

Tips for printing round sticker labels
- Text on round labels must be centred and shorter than on rectangles: only the middle square of the circle is safe.
- A frame style traces the circle and hides small print misalignments better than a filled background.
- Measure the lid or the surface: the label should be slightly smaller than the flat area.
- Check the per-sheet count against your quantity; 2″ rounds come 12 or 20 per sheet depending on the brand.

What size are round sticker labels?

How many round sticker labels fit on one sheet?
20 on OnlineLabels OL5375, 12 on Avery 5294, 24 on Avery 5293 and 63 on OnlineLabels OL1025. For 200 stickers at 1 label each you need 10 sheets of OnlineLabels OL5375.
Can every label on the sheet be different?
Yes. The preset repeats one design on every label, which suits round sticker labels. For different text on each label, switch to merge mode and paste one row per label; the free version prints one full sheet per list.
Why do my round sticker labels print out of line?
Check the print dialog first: “fit to page” or any scale other than 100 % shrinks the sheet, and the labels drift. Choose “Actual size” or 100 % scale, the right paper (US Letter) and no “fit to page”. If every label is off by the same amount, use the printer offset in the designer to nudge the whole sheet.
