The best sheet for garage sale labels
Price stickers and signs for garage and yard sales, printed quickly on cheap small labels. OnlineLabels OL5275 puts 108 labels on one US Letter sheet in 9 columns and 12 rows, which is why it is the default for garage sale labels here.
Each label is 3/4″ (19 mm) wide and 3/4″ (19 mm) tall (round), with a 0.656″ (16.7 mm) top margin and a 5/8″ (15.9 mm) side margin on the sheet. The longest line of the first sample row, “25¢”, has 3 characters; at 10 pt one label holds about 2 lines of 6 characters, at 8 pt about 3 lines of 7.
Compared with OL5275: Avery 5167 has 1.6× the label area and 80 instead of 108 labels per sheet and Avery 5160 has 4.7× the label area and 30 instead of 108 labels per sheet. Pick the larger labels when your items need bigger type, the smaller ones when you print many.

Tips for printing garage sale labels
- Price in round amounts (25¢, $1, $5) so you need less change.
- Removable labels will not damage books, records and furniture finishes.
- A merge list of your common prices fills a sheet with a mix; peel the one you need.
- Colour-coded dots (red = $1, blue = $2) let you change prices by colour late in the day.

Frequently asked questions
What size are garage sale labels?
LabelGrid's default for garage sale labels is 3/4″ round (OnlineLabels OL5275, 108 per sheet). Other sheets that fit: Avery 5167 at 1/2″ × 1 3/4″ and Avery 5160 at 1″ × 2 5/8″.
How many garage sale labels fit on one sheet?
108 on OnlineLabels OL5275, 80 on Avery 5167 and 30 on Avery 5160. For 400 items at 1 label each you need 4 sheets of OnlineLabels OL5275.
Can I print garage sale labels from a spreadsheet list?
Yes. Switch the designer to merge mode, paste your rows with a header (Price) and each row becomes one label; placeholders like {Price} pull the values in. The free version prints one full sheet per list.
Why do my garage sale labels print out of line?
Check the print dialog first: “fit to page” or any scale other than 100 % shrinks the sheet, and the labels drift. Choose “Actual size” or 100 % scale, the right paper (US Letter) and no “fit to page”. If every label is off by the same amount, use the printer offset in the designer to nudge the whole sheet.
