How the Herma 4098 sheet is laid out
The Herma 4098 grid is not centred: 7.8 mm on the left, 5.7 mm on the right, so a template that assumes equal side margins drifts by 2.1 mm.
Columns have a 3 mm gutter but the 9 rows touch, so colour that bleeds off a 4098 label's top or bottom edge shows on the next one if the feed is 1 mm off.

In Mailings › Labels › Options, look for 4098 under "Herma". If it is missing, click New Label and name it Herma 4098.

Enter the 4098 numbers from the table: 1.55 cm top, 0.78 cm side, 3 across, 9 down, page A4.

Click OK and New Document: Word draws 27 cells, one per 4098 label. Keep text 2 mm inside each cell.
