How the APLI 1999 sheet is laid out
APLI 1999 labels are centred side to side (4.6 mm each) but start 7.7 mm from the top and end 15.9 mm from the bottom.
With 2.8 mm between columns and 0.4 mm between rows, a print that is off by less than 0.2 mm still lands on the right 1999 label.
The 4.6 mm side margin is inside the roughly 6 mm many printers cannot reach, so edge-to-edge colour on the outer 1999 columns may print short.
The 1.8 mm rounded corners are drawn in the preview, with the 2 mm safe area where text belongs.
Labels cover 87 % of the page; the rest is backing.
No other sheet in LabelGrid's data (the gLabels database plus checked additions) has exactly the APLI 1999 layout, so avoid "close enough" templates.
