How the Staples STAP14 sheet is laid out
The Staples STAP14 grid is not centred: 5 mm on the left, 4 mm on the right, so a template that assumes equal side margins drifts by 1 mm.
Columns have a 3 mm gutter but the 7 rows touch, so colour that bleeds off a STAP14 label's top or bottom edge shows on the next one if the feed is 1 mm off.
The 2 mm rounded corners are drawn in the preview, with the 3 mm safe area where text belongs.
Labels cover 84 % of the page; the rest is backing.

In Mailings › Labels › Options, look for STAP14 under "Staples". If it is missing, click New Label and name it Staples STAP14.

Enter the STAP14 numbers from the table: 1.5 cm top, 0.5 cm side, 2 across, 7 down, page A4.

Click OK and New Document: Word draws 14 cells, one per STAP14 label. Keep text 3 mm inside each cell.
