How the Avery LSK-5 sheet is laid out
The Avery LSK-5 grid is not centred: 1/2″ on the left, 0.1″ on the right, so a template that assumes equal side margins drifts by 0.4″.
Columns have a 0.3″ gutter but the 20 rows touch, so colour that bleeds off a LSK-5 label's top or bottom edge shows on the next one if the feed is 1 mm off.
The 0.069″ rounded corners are drawn in the preview, with the 3/16″ safe area where text belongs.
Labels cover 75 % of the page; the rest is backing.
No other sheet in LabelGrid's data (the gLabels database plus checked additions) has exactly the Avery LSK-5 layout, so avoid "close enough" templates.

Where the Avery LSK-5 numbers come from
The LSK-5 geometry has not yet been checked against Avery's published template: print the plain-paper test first. Other geometry: gLabels template database (avery-us-templates.xml). LabelGrid is not affiliated with Avery (Avery® is a trademark of its owner); "LSK-5" only names the sheet this template fits.
